Here is the one of famous Steel Drum manufacturer in Philippines, they mianly making for Tight Head type steel drums and also the Full Open Head type steel drums,their capacity is about 1500pcs/8h,

With the booming in market and high labor costs, our visit played a key point in helping customers increase capacity and save costs, because their existing equipment is not highly automated, such as painting and leak testing, cleaning machine are by manual. The seaming machine can only be completed in two steps at a time, as you know,this is time waste with low capacity and money waste (a lot of money every year to pay the operators).

After  our people arrived their factory, 1st they ask us to looked around their workshop to check which part we could help them, with our recommend and their understanding after watching our machines videos,They are very existing and their leader team decide will update auto 3 color liquid inner and outside painting mahcines, leakage testing mahcines, auto seam welding line , auto double sides seaming ect.Our team are making the machine design for them and prepare proposal now.
