Machine Details

The filling system includes:
-SS304# stainless steel fully sealed metal filling head integrates two sets of automatic cap opening and capping systems.
-The bottom of the filling head is equipped with a pneumatic receiving spoon to prevent liquid from dripping into the iron drum and conveying line after the filling is completed;
-Manual/tare/gross filling. Automatic fast filling and slow filling;
-SS304 stainless steel metal hose adapter, convenient for operation and maintenance.
-Automatic top/bottom filling, automatic filling head enters the barrel with reset function
-Use Toledo’s load cell and instrument system;
-Adopt a heavy-duty weighing platform with sensors and overload protection system;
-The parts in contact with the product are sealed with SS304 stainless steel and PTFE;
-After power off, the filling head is automatically closed by an internal spring to prevent the product from dripping
-After filling, the filling head automatically resets, and a safety interlock system
-The explosion-proof system of the whole machine, the standard is Exp DIIBT4
